EXCITING NEWS! Wakefern and Food Bazaar Sign Wholesale Agreement I am pleased to announce Food Bazaar has entered into a wholesale agreement with the Wakefern Food Corporation, which supplies over 290 supermarkets under the Shop-Rite and PriceRite banners, the largest retailer-owned cooperative in the nation. Wakefern’s line of specialty imported products, featuring exclusive brands from around the world, will undoubtedly help us to differentiate us in the markets that we serve and further our ability to offer our diverse clientele an even larger variety of International products. As you know, the ability to offer our customers such variety is something we take immense pride in and I know this partnership will provide our stores the ability to do so on an even larger basis in the future. This opportunity to offer such variety will help grow our business, grow our sales and move our company forward in the marketplace allowing our employees to grow as well. Shortly you will begin to see new products coming into our stores, some with the Shop-Rite logo. When asked by customers, this does not mean we are now part of that company, but simply partnering with their wholesaler to offer an even larger variety of International Products at the competitive prices that they have come to expect from their Food Bazaar Stores.
