Brazilian Beef Skewers

I N G R E D I E N T S

- 1 pound beef tenderloin, skirt steak, or flank steak
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Bogopa Lemon Juice 
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
     - Bogopa Plain Salt and pepper
 
 
I N S T R U C T I O N S
 
1. Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes
 
2. Marinate in the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and minced onion for about 1 hour.
 
3. Cut the bacon in squares and place onto skewers, alternating bacon and beef squares.
 
4. Grill the beef skewers using Bogopa Natural Wood Charcoal
 
5. Grill until brown. Serve hot.
