Argentine Russian Salad (Ensalada Rusa)

I N G R E D I E N T S

1 cup boiled potatoes
1 cup boiled carrots
1 cup boiled sweet potatoes (optional)
1 cup of Bogopa Sliced Beets (optional)
1 cup of Bogopa Sweet Peas
3 tablespoons of Bogopa Mayonnaise, or to taste
Bogopa Plain Salt and pepper to taste

 
I N S T R U C T I O N S
 
1. Cook the potatoes and carrots.
 
2. Cut all of the vegetables into small same-sized cubes.

3. Combine the vegetables with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
