How is shopping at Food Bazaar different from what you may be used to?

We pride ourselves on going to great lengths in order to provide each of the communities that we are part of with the flavors that they love and recall from “back home.” In fact, it is our passion! We devote aisles of space to international grocery and dairy/frozen items as well as including a full-service fish market within most of our stores. Our stores reside and are part of many different neighborhoods, each vibrant with numerous ethnicities and nationalities, and their corresponding cultures and flavors. It’s a culinary adventure when you shop our supermarket!

Do you sell regular groceries too?

While we take a great deal of effort, care and joy in tracking down hard to find items from all over the world, we also provide staple items, which can be found in most mainstream supermarkets. In addition, we take pride in our own Bogopa brand, a product line which contains high-quality items, such as macaroni and cheese, rice, canned mixed vegetables and ketchup, to name just a few. So we are able to serve as a one-stop shopping experience for our customers.

Does Food Bazaar carry organic/natural products?

Yes. Food Bazaar carries organic produce, dairy products, natural pork, chicken, and beef as well as a large selection of organic and natural brand products.

Do you have weekly specials or sales on your products?

Yes, weekly, our circulars reflect amazing sales as well as low prices on thousands of products each and every day.

If you do not have a product that I am looking for from my country, can you get it for me?

We will try our best! Let one of our managers at your local Food Bazaar know what you are looking for. Tell them a little bit about the product and they will try and get the item for you. You can also contact us via email at the above website, or call our Customer Service Hotline.

Does Food Bazaar accept Gift Cards?

Yes, we proudly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS GIFT CARDS.

Does Food Bazaar sell Gift Cards?

Yes, we sell Gift Cards of all amounts at any of our Supermarkets. Ask a cashier if you are interested in buying one.

Does Food Bazaar accept coupons, offer rain-checks, discounts?

At Food Bazaar, we are concerned about the treatment of animals. For this reason, we currently offer our consumers the choice of cage-free eggs and we are committed to selling only cage-free eggs by 2026, based on available supply.

What is the Food Bazaar Rewards App?

The Food Bazaar Rewards App is a helpful way to get more value from shopping at Food Bazaar and Farmer’s Market by Food Bazaar. You will earn points for every dollar spent, that would go towards purchase discounts, as well as be able to see weekly specials, coupons, recipes and so much more directly from our mobile app.

How does the Food Bazaar Rewards App work?

You earn 100 points for every dollar you spend with your Food Bazaar Rewards App. Present your Rewards App barcode to be scanned at the register with every purchase. Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity on your account. When you have accumulated 100,000 points or more , go to “My Rewards” tab on your mobile app to redeem your discount.

At every 100,000+ points milestone, you have a choice to redeem your points or keep earning points for even bigger discounts, up to $100 discount!

Reward Milestones

  • 100,000 pts = $10 Discount
  • 200,000 pts = $25 Discount
  • 300,000 pts = $50 Discount
  • 400,000 pts = $75 Discount
  • 500,000 pts = $100 Discount

No cash refund is allowed (points have no cash value). Certain non-qualifying item purchases are not counted toward point accumulation.

Do all purchases count towards earning rewards points?

Only purchases made with your Food Bazaar Rewards App barcode are eligible. Net purchase excludes bottle deposits, dollar value of any coupons used or any discounts applied, prescription medications, gift certificates and/or gift cards, postage stamp sales, money orders, money transfers, lottery tickets, cigarettes, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages or any other items prohibited by law.

Do points expire?

Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity on your account.

Do I have to use all of my available points when making a transaction?

No, you have the option to redeem your available points entirely in 100,000 points increments. Any leftover points will carry over. For example, if you have earned 125,000 points and redeem 100,000 points for a $10 discount savings, 25,000 points will carry over. Please keep in mind that the more you accumulate the bigger your savings.

How do I enroll in the Food Bazaar Rewards App?

You can become a member by downloading our Food Bazaar App from the App Store (iPhone users) or Google Play (Android Users). Some restrictions apply

How can I download the App?

  2. Search for “Food Bazaar” and download the app with the icon below:

Who is eligible to join the Food Bazaar Rewards App?

To join the Food Bazaar Rewards App, you must be at least 18 years or older and reside in the United States or its territories.

Can I redeem my points during a transaction?

Yes, only if you have over 100,000 + points before beginning any transaction. Points earned during a transaction will be available to use for your next purchase.

If I forget to scan my Rewards App, can I get my points adjusted after the transaction is over?

No, so always remember to scan your Rewards App during checkout.

What happens to my Food Bazaar Rewards App points if I return something I purchased?

When you return an item you earned points on, the points you earned on the item(s) WILL be deducted from your account.

What if my phone number is taken when I sign up?

You can contact us at support@bogopausa.com or sign up with a different phone number on our mobile app.

Where can I see my Food Bazaar Rewards App points balance and activity?

Total points can be tracked on the bottom of your receipt or on your app under “My Rewards” tab.

I have two Food Bazaar Rewards App accounts. Can I merge them?

No. There is no merging of multiple accounts. You can keep the Food Bazaar Rewards App account that has the highest amount of points and you can contact us at support@bogopausa.com to cancel the other one.

Can I earn rewards points in all Food Bazaar locations

Yes. The Food Bazaar Rewards App now available at all Food Bazaar locations. Some restrictions may apply.
